hi there,
Congrats to Amy aka Amy3868 for being the FS today. Great gallery and here is the card that inspired me: Letterpress Winter in Silver by amyk3868 at Splitcoaststampers
I made my card blue (of course! LOL) instead of the silver. I changed the washi tape to a stamp that I embossed with white along with all the snowflakes. I rubbed Distress inks over my card front then also stamped using water to add depth to my bkg.
Thanks for looking,

So cool to see different people take the same inspiration and see where they each run with it. I just visited Priscilla's card which was inspired by the same one and was beautiful, and here is your totally different take that also knocks the socks right offa me (seriously, I am barefoot right now!!)) love the boldness of your flakes agains the stunning and vivid blues, Karen.

So many luscious layers in this card, and despite lots of texture, and subtle patterns you maintained a CAS design. How in the world did you do this?! Love the clean crispness of the white snowflakes and that single shot of black for the sentiment. Placing this one into my file to use as a study piece! TFS
