Congratulations Amy (Amyk386 on becoming our newest featured stamper. I loved looking through your amazing works of art. I was inspired by this beautiful Christmas card Ornamental Pine Christmas Wishes
I stamped the tree branch (from Lovely as a tree - this is the tall fir tree) using old olive ink. I stamped the hardwood wall background using river rock ink - over top of the branches. The ornament was stamped using versa mark ink and then embossed with silver. Used a gold gel pen for the top of the ornament. Cut out and attached to tree branch with wire. Made background base panel with two different dp's. Matted with black and sewed together. Cut the bottom right corner of the image panel. Matted with black and gold papers. Assembled panel and sewed together. Added the stickles to the edges and to the gold paper. Stamped the sentiment with memento ink. I used the stamp a ma jig to get the sentiment straight.
Enjoy your time in the spotlight, Amy.
Hugs..Pat

So clever, creative, crafty and just downright beautiful, Pat. The sewing detail is amazing. Love your creative use of the pine and all the stickles sparkle
