This is for Anne's TLC501 - punch strips. I think this is really a cool technique. I realized though that the few shape punches I have wouldn't work for this because the punch image was facing the wrong direction. So I went to my dies and that worked fine. The "happy" sentiment was cut using W&W cut file with my Cameo and I stamped the "birthday" from the W&W Big, Bold and Happy set. I drew in the strings for the balloons.

Oh Harriet what a beautiful birthday card... love the colour choices for the balloons and strips... this would be perfect for anybody not only a child.... love it...
