This is for Stamperrobins very first Free for All challenge...birds, birds, birds.
I haven't cleaned up my desk since completing this month Fan Club central theme challenge, hence this background is a bit like a recent card. I did about 6 paint layers and a couple of stencils to create the background using a gelli plate. I love these colours, they don't go muddy like so many other colours.
The silhouette die is a gorgeous new Impressions Obsession die I have recently purchased directly from IO. I did a bit of pruning and removed the middle branch.
I used a black aqua pen to add a glossy doodled border. Thank you for looking and have a great weekend.

I think that spider web is wonderful (and I have one just like it in the backyard). These colors are wonderful and I love the black accent pieces on top!

I am mesmerized by your incredible backgrounds! Susie, this is amazing! Your work with mixed media in the darker tones combined with silhouettes always results in a masterpiece! The doodling is such a perfect accent!

Another masterpiece, Susie. My geli plate sits all alone in a dark corner of my craft closet because all of my attempts end up as trash can fillers. You, on the other hand, turn out one gorgeous creation after another. This background is stunning and your great design sense shows in the perfect arrangement of the silhouette elements.
