Trish chose Elizabeth(palparis) to be our own Queen Elizabeth this week. She has a terrific gallery with plenty of inspiration. With Halloween being the next big celebration, I chose this CARD of hers for mine. Instead of paper strips, I coated gauze bandaging with gesso using my brayer(rolling thing for the MIX challenge....didn't know if a "roll" of gauze would count). I sponged on various TH inks on the Soft Stone base...but really don't think they made much of a difference.
The F4A was to use only one or two words....I needed three, so I put a little image of a mummy in place of the word. Hope the recipient "gets it". : )
Congratulations, Elizabeth...enjoy your special week in the spotlight.

How fun is this! Only you would have thought to use the gauze for your mummy! That texture is awesome! How creative to substitute the "mummy" image for the third word! I love the thought you put into your cards!
