I made this card for the teapotters tickle (MMTPT304) to use feathers. Instead of a feather I used the whole birdie. I thought this was a good image since he is delivering a card and we are sending cards to each other this week. I couldn't think of colors or a layout, so the CC480 and the SC490 really helped. Finally, this worked for the WT481 which was to use feathers. Thanks ladies for all of the great challenges. You can't tell, but part of the wings, beak and letter are glued down while the other ends are popped up with pop dots. I still need to add a layer ofglossy accents to the beak and tips of rhe wings. Adorable! Reminds me of Hedwig in the Harry Potter books, bringing a letter from home. Cute little bluebird, great use of this week's colors, sweet card. Thanks for playing in this week's color challenge.

He's a sweety - and with your wonderful layering, he looks as if he's flying straight out of the page to deliver his card. Your plaid paper is lovely, too!
