In order to feel like I deserve the honor of being today's FS (gah, I can't stand it!!!), I decided I needed to CASE myself. I did cry a bit when I got Julie's message.
What I did is this:
1) I used watercolors to create my background, added some cheesecloth over the top and then applied more watercolor on top of the cheesecloth. Let it dry, peeled it off, you now see the texture of the cheesecloth. I struggled to get a good representation of the colors; there are many vibrant shades of green including lime and dark green. Green is my favorite color! I think it goes along with my love of nature themes.
2) I Zentangled the circle, shaded it and then sprayed some metallics of green and copper over it. I love metallic! Zentangle is very therapeutic for me. i put on some medieval chant music when I Zentangle. Awesome!
3) Used one of my art themed stamps. I love art themed stuff.
4) If you look at my gallery, there are several cards where I used an off-center circle.
I also submit this for yesterday's IC, Damask Love. This is what I chose: http://www.damasklove.com/damask-lov...color-gelatos/
I loved the natural, watercolor look of this card. She is so very creative!
Thanks so much to Julie for choosing me and to Susan (one4joy) for being the special guest. They are both very special, as are all of you.

Wow, Jean, they just get better and better. I love the background texture and then the cool circle with only black and white and then all tied up with copper sparkles. Yes!
