Today's CAS challenge is a featured stamper challenge to CASE a card from the amazing Loll Thompson's gallery. Loll is one of my CAS heroes-she manages to make clean and simple look simply amazing EVERY time! Here's the beauty I chose to CASE. I didn't have the same cherry blossom stamp so I went with another. I decided to go a bit warmer with Vanilla cs instead of white for my base and I used a reverse mask with the postage punch to sponge my squares instead of sponging in a die. I cut my squares and stamped and colored them first. Then I laid my revers mask over them and sponged the Suede ink. I used a slightly narrower strip of dp and put a slightly wider strip on the inside-didn't see that she had blossoms on the inside til I was uploading! I used my stampamajig to position the sentiment and traced with the Sahara marker for shading. I added score lines to accent the strip and I also sponged carefully along the edges of each square to help them stand out while still retaining the un-sponged edges.

This is gorgeous Gail. I love the softness of your beautiful cherry blossoms. I actually saw a tree in bloom in our neighborhood today ... first one of the season - so lovely! Thanks really appreciate you playing along! Loll xx
