The lightening is done with the crayon resist technique. This was for VSN. The crayon needs to be very sharp. I rub it on paper until I get the point I like. I use a black so I can see what I'm doing and not to worry it will come off when brayered as you can see.
The cabin scene was stamped before the crayon was done so I could see where to draw. The trees and grass were added after the brayer. I did some color with the aqua painter for grass and cabin after I brayered to add interest to the card. I also added a bit of light to the windows with white StazOn. This is not at all hard to do and it isn't time consuming.

THis is just incredible......What a great presentation of a dark stormy night..........I just love trees (and leaves).....will have to try this some day..........very creative
