Let's close our eyes and dream of warm summer breezes, salty air, and waves slowly lapping against your float. Don't peek...at the thermometer, it's not really -5. Is it???
The Color Challenge this week certainly took me to the beach with it's tropical colors, thanks Peggy for the beautiful color combo. Sabrina over at the Teapotters called for lighthouses.
I simply could not resist bringing one of my kissing booth ladies from yesterday's card to float along in the gentle waves in front of the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. She climbed the 257 steps up to the top this morning as decided a rest was in order! Hope she remembered the sunscreen...
Thanks for stopping by today, and stay cozy...

What a fabulous collection of waves you have, Susan! I hope that it's not too windy and your bathing beauty doesn't get blown offshore as she relaxes enjoying the sea. I love that unusual "harlequin" effect on the lighthouse, I've never seen one like that.
What an hilarious card. It just makes me laugh. I am going back to look at it again for another laugh. So cute!

Oh Susan, just love the contrast between the stately old lighthouse, your bathing beauty and the Shakespeare quote. It doesn't get any more fun than this.

I want to know which teapotter this is that fell asleep on her inner tube after probably eating too many cookies at the teaparty. This is way too cute.

So sweet this is. She looks like she is having fun amongst the big waves--but never fear the lighthouse is near. Cute images and layout. Nice to see you at the teaparty.

Susan, this is wonderfully fun! Great lighthouse image and that AI lady adds such a great element of fun. What a great card - so glad I had a chance to join the teaparty today and catch up on some of my favorite stampers like you! Hugz - lots of them!
