The site of Bella Cottage offered inspiration for a card for a dear friend's special birthday. Before rolling the roses, I tinted the edges with reinkers and an aquabrush. The card will be hand-delivered with a gift. This PRINT was the piece I chose.

Sallie you've outdone yourself...this is so LOVELY! Every detail is perfectly vintage..the realistically tinted and rolled flowers, the magnificent gold filigree edge, the softly shaded leaves and birthday label...all so beautiful!!!! This could easily be treasure found in an antique store..but it's better..it's in pristine condition and not dusty or faded (lol)...your friend will be in awe.

Sallie, this is gorgeous! You captured the vintage shabby chic in every detail. The variation of color in your roses is exceptionally beautiful. I love this so much!
