I made this card using Korin's sketch SC454 and Joan's tlc447 Fill it up (stamp the same stamp over and over again all over your background).
A dear friend lost her mother, her last living parent, a year ago this week. I thought I would send her a note to let her know I was thinking and praying for her. She likes all things soft and elegant so I chose to use SU Thoughts and Prayers and the sentiment from Upsy daisy and add embossing to soften it. I challenged myself to not add ribbon. I did, however, add pearls to the center of my flowers on my image panel.
Thanks for a great sketch Korin!! Thanks for looking!!

A lovely, lovely card! Nice job, Chris! Love those sweet little flowers and of course all the pink!

Chris, you did a great job with both challenges! I love this image as both the background and the focal point. The background reminds me of a soft quilted fabric. It looks terrific using Korin's sketch this week. What a thoughtful and beautiful card to send to your friend.
