I made this card for my brother in law whose birthday is next week. Masculine cards always are a challenge for me. I incorporated today's cc444 challenge which was to use Choc. Chip, Tangerine Tango, Cajun Craze, and Crushed Curry as well yesterdays TLC447 which was Fill it Up (stamp and image in the background over and over again). Today's dessert for the CC444 challenge was fussy cutting so I cut out two leaves and popped them up.
The stampsets used on this card are SU Lovely Leaves and Whimsical Words. Not adding a ribbon bow or putting those feminine touches on a card was difficult for me but I did it....I think?
Thanks for looking!!

Me too, Chris! But, you've got the touch on this one. It's lovely without yelling "I'm a lady's card. Gorgeous coloring, and a nice piece of twine (with a very nice bow & button). I struggle with button bows for some reason - old eyes ;) Lovely card, Chris.

"Fall Happiness" is the perfect name for this card! You've really captured the essence of autumn's splendor with these colors. The leaves and embossing compliment one another perfectly, and your stitching is perfection. Into my faves she goes.
