Here is my card for the WT; backgrounds. To create my flowers I started by rubbing Distress inks onto a non-stick craft sheet and spraying with water. I then stamped the flowers and cut them out then added some white dots with my Signo pen. For my bkg. using the same diluted ink from the craft sheet, I painted over a piece of drywall tape.

Love this technique you have used for your background. The pretty blue flowers look perfect perched upon it.

This is so innovative! I love the craft sheet technique but never thought of inking a stamp that way! Your card is fabulous! Thanks for sharing and for your always fun techniques!
