The teapotters are going to my sister Deb's house this week for a cup of tea. Actually knowing my sister she will probably have us all drinking frozen margaritas! My dear little sister has suffered from breast cancer, heart attack, seizures, and now Parkinson's. I am 3 years older so I was always the one to lead the way.
The frame is Crafty Secrets outlined with my trusty Krylon gold pen. The stamped image was sent to me and is unknown, it's coloured with copics. It's fussy cut and mounted on the pink rose paper. the rose is a sizzix die cut from the same pink rose paper and edged with glitter. Gold leaves are a tim holtz die.

What a sweet old fashioned image, which totally reflects all your thoughts of SISTERS - CAN'T LIVE WITH THEM, CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT THEM - growing up when you are close in age is probably a lot harder than when you are many years apart - I loved reading your poem, and all about your sister and her upbeat attitude through it all. Love how your card shows the closeness you have had all these years - such a beautiful relationship - and I bet you each keep the other going through everything that happens! The gorgeous paper and the beautiful rose - wow!!
I am coming a little late, but will get it done, and send it on its way tomorrow!! Bless both your hearts!! Hugs!

Margaritas with your sister sounds like a great idea - especially with our heat wave! You card for your sis is adorable Elizabeth and it's so sweet of you to arrange a card drive with your tea group for her. I love the floral frame you used from our Sew Decorative CD but I need to get you a set of our Little Girl Stamps. We still have over 50 of them left and I want to sell everything so I think I need to mark down excess stock and have a bigger sale!

A beautiful frame for such a sweet vintage image. I'm impressed with your Krylon detailing! My pen started out good but then it started splodging, which has put me off getting another. But I know what a beautiful edge it gives! The rose is totally gorgeous!
