For the first Spring DT challenge we are playing in the cosmetic department at Macy's. The challenge was to see what we could do with things like paint, wet embossing, re-inkers, etc. with the end product being a CAS card.
After I embossed the cs with the Stars ef, I applied "foundation" (yellow acrylic paint), then "buffed" the "face" of my card with a sanding block. I applied a little "blush" with a sponge and brown distress ink and wiped off the excess to highlight the stars.
For a glamorous night out, I heat embossed the gold flourish to represent flirty eyelashes. Added a little "eye shadow" with a sponge and distress inks, and this card is ready to step out!
