Oh my word - so much inspiration at the Limoges site, and so little time. First I saw a typewriter and was going to use a suitable stamp...then there was a gorgeous poppy and there's a poppy stamp on my desk...and oh, the birds!! The little cookery books called for the Voila chef, and there was a lovely rooster too...
But in the end I put Eiffel Tower into the search engine, and when I found this Paris Landmarks I decided to just go for it and stop flitting from one choice to another!
A2 base sponged with Soot Black and stamped with IO Distress in Black.
Next layer was on my desk - IO music score and probably wrinkle free distress.
I stamped the image on watercolour paper and coloured with distress inks - bundled sage, pine needles, peeled paint, old paper, scattered straw, barn door, iced spruce, pumice stone, tattered rose, gathered twigs, broken china, salty ocean. I finished it off with a couple of MFT dies cut from script paper - scallops at the top, and grass sponged with Bundled Sage at the bottom

Sabrina, I agree.....this site has so much inspiration! I love that you chose this beautiful Paris stamp and love how you kept it the center of attention but still framed it so beautifully with a music score and die cut edge and the script and grass die cut along the bottom. Lots of interesting things to see on this card!

I just knew you would do something with the Paris images. I don't think I know anyone who loves Paris the way you do, Sabrina!! What a darling card...great image.
