Monday's Technique challenge was Emboss the Edges. I gold embossed my edges of the Very Vanilla panels. After I put it all together, I kind of wondered if I should have added gold embossing to the edges of the leaves/poinsettia.
This is also for today's sketch challenge.
I die cut the poinsettia out of Very Vanilla card stock. I wanted a soft tinge of pink to my poinsettia so I inked up my square lattice embossing folder with the Spun Sugar distress ink and dry embossed the poinsettia. I also sponged the edges of the petals and the leaves.

A WOW card! Love the gold embossed edges and that soft pink poinsettia is lovely! I like the texture you added to the petals and the gold micro beads center is wonderful for this!
