Dawn's Free for All Challenge is Distress Before You Stress - I just made this card for a Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Design Team Favorites Blog Hop celebrating SNSS's 5th birthday! I distressed the postcard panel with inks and a distressing tool. My Mom just sent me this SU dp in rich Christmassy colors - thanks, Mom! Used one of my hoarded vintage buttons from a jar I bought at Belfast's St. Georges Market.

Bridget, I love that vintage postcard and distressing it is a perfect addition! Love the scripture on the postcard! Love how you coloured the poppies too....so deep and rich!

A beautiful post card Bridget!! The designer paper your mom sent is right on time. I can see why you hoarded the button - it is a beautiful piece that I would be hoarding as well - waiting for just the right moment. Great card, and an amazing bow.

Gorgeous card, Bridget. Your "postcard" is exquisitely done and the poppies literally "glow". As always, a beautiful mix of patterned DPs...and a scrumptious bow with the pearl embellishment.
