This is for F4A139 to create a project based on one of the Hope You Can Cling To challenges going on this month. I chose to create a card for the Peaceful Pink challenge. The challenge was to create a card that evokes peace, calm, and serenity with a touch (or splash!) of pink. Here is what I came up with. I feel like this card definitely fits the challenge.
I used the Belleek brayer technique to apply ink to the embossing folder. I used what I call the color wash technique to color the rose petals. You can check out my step by step tutorial here on my blog: http://kittiekraft.typepad.com/kitti...h-flowers.html
Paper: Vanilla Ink: Pink Pirouette Accessories: My Favorite Things Leafy Rose Die Set, Leafy Flourish Die, Sizzix Loving Thoughts Embossing Folders, Martha Stewart Branch Punch, Brayer, Glossy Accents, Pearl, Brush, Stylus Mat

Okay...so I happen across your card, and being unfamiliar with Belleek I've then gone off on a google, and gallery search. WOW thats a pretty awesome technique and you master it so well. Bravo on your card making excellence!
