It was fun to do some floral punch craft flowers again. I used the Brayered Bleach technique (Dec/Jan 2006 Technique Junkies Newsletter), which was basically stamping the bird image in black Stazon over the brayered background, bleaching it out with a bleach-filled aqua painter and then coloring with markers and a blender pen to make the Robin. The words were printed on my inkjet printer in mirror image onto acetate (make sure it's on the slick side), allowed to dry for 15 minutes and then flipped over and transferred onto the paper by rubbing the back with a popsicle stick. The words are from Solomon's Song.

Love the punched flowers and your choice of verse. Awesome card and into my favs. I've got a bird stamp and flower punch so I'm set to go. Will need to work on the bleach technique--Thanks for the inspiration.

Absolutely beautiful Springtime ATC, Linda! Beautiful choice of brayered colors for the background and such wonderful dimension with the punched flowers and your background/foreground images. Love that sweet little bird!
