Hail Queen Cindy (YLM), who I endearingly call Cindy Lou Who, our Queen for the Day today! Although I haven't been able to stamp much lately, I just had to for my friend. I was able to use this Bold Tulip image that I water colored quite some time ago that has been sitting on my stamp table. I cased it after Cindy's beautiful Birthday Rose card.
Congratulations, Lou Who! You are deserving of this honor and so much more!! You've inspired me for many years with your wonderful creations.
