Wow, the competition is really heating up as I see some super gorgeous creations in the gallery thus far. I created this last night before I looked at the gallery. The challenge is to use 3 favorites in the design of a simple card.
I love to use masking paired with dry embossing and add a touch of bling. This sketch is a favorite of mine and I hope you like the current version. I stamped the swirl from this set in Sahara Sand first and then overstamped the beautiful floral image with Primrose Petals. I embossed the bottom of the panel with the Chevron ef but it reminded me of a trellis when paired with the flowers. The sentiment is stamped in Basic Grey which is a little softer than black. The row of gems is a soft grey.

Kathy, this is lovely! The red line-drawing flowers make a wonderful focal point and the simple color palette of red and white(with a touch of black) make for a dramatic b'day card.
