My SC395 and SUOC50 Buttons and Brads challenges card. Thanks Korin for an easy sketch that is perfect for Designer Paper.
I love buttons and brads on a card. Because I did not have a matching button in the new Gumball Green Color I made my own using the "Be of Good Cheer" DSP that I used on my card. I punched 5, 1/2" circles and adhered with Tombow liquid glue and covered with Crystal Effects for a shiny finish. Punched a couple of 1/16" holes and added Cherry Cobbler Twine....Voila, a cute matching button.
Can you find the brad? I used a silver mini brad for the top of the birdies knitted hat.
A very easy card that would be easy to make several for the holidays.
Enjoy and thanks also Robin for your Stampin Up Only Challenge. This was my 1st time to play. Here is the link to SUOC50: http://suochallenges.com/?p=1885

Cute as can be! Love your customized button. The red and white striped twine just screams CANDY CANE to me--nothing like the power of suggestion to go along with the Xmas paper.
