This is a card thanking my son's teacher for all she has done this past year. My son is attending school at the Center for Autism and she has been with him for 2 years with much success.
For Mother's Day, the kids used tissue paper to wrap my gift and I loved the tissue paper, so I decided to use the tissue technique or whatever it's called. I crumpled the tissue paper and glued it onto a piece of cardstock being careful to keep a lot of the texture from the crumpling.
This card got out of control. Couldn't get the colors right, layout, etc. Now, it's filled with everything but the kitchen sink, but I hope she will like it.
Thanks Bearzi - Gingerbeary8 - for the beautiful sparkly purple flowers.
Thanks so much for taking a look. I'll be out of town for a week, so will get b/hind on comments, but hopefully catch up eventually.

Somehow I missed this one earlier, Pamzi, so shame on me. This is BEAUTIFUL!! I love those pretty colors, and don't the yellows and purples look FABULOUS together? I'm sure your son's teacher just adored this and will hold onto it forever.
