Congratulations, Rita (kyann22) on being this weeks featured stamped. I loved looking through your beautiful gallery. Here is the card that inspired me Sock Monkey Valentine along with this monkey from Bibelot coin purse
This also works for this months fan club theme CT0512 - box of chocolates, you never know what you're gonna get (Forest Gump), chocolate themed cards, brown cards, boxes, square cards etc.
Enjoy your much deserved time in the spotlight, Rita.
My cute sock monkey image is from Meljen's. I made the faux red embossed dp on the bottom of my card. I punched out circles and layered them overtop of the striped dp. The scrabble letters were cut out of a 12x12 piece of scrabble dp. I punched out circles from the polka dot dp and layered them over the base polka dot dp. Added diamond stickles. I made the scrabble funky sock monkey wording. the sock monkey image and the word "monkey" are popped up.
Thanks for looking,
hugs... Pat

Pat, how in the world did you make those scrabble titles!? I'm sitting on the sofa with my laptop and when I saw this in the gallery I immediately started laughing and turned my screen towards my husband and said, "Look at this cute card!" He liked it too. You did a terrific job with this. It's as cute as can be. Love it!!
Oh, how precious. Your card makes me giggle. I am a sock monkey fan. Whenever I see them in the store I have to stop and touch them. I think they are the greatest stuffed toy around and you did a fabulous job representing them.
