I embossed the butterfly using a black sparkle embossing powder. I then painted it in using a mixture of pearl ex and luminere. The background is sponged with Pixie Pink. The scan simply does not do this one justice. It has a lot more sparkle than what comes thru in the scan.

Your butterflies are so beautiful--I can see the sparkle and shimmer but I'll bet they're even more gorgeous in real life! They look like stained glass.

XSimply gorgeous. The butterflys are outstanding. I have pearl x and luminere, but have never mixed them. You have inspired me to do so.
