I haven't done spotlighting for ages, so this was a wonderful challenge for me this week. It may not be the traditional form of spotlighting, but it's my interpretation, i.e. highlighting part of the card. I punched a large circle from clear acetate and used that as my focal point, filling it in with chalks rubbed onto cotton balls and cotton buds. The surrounding areas were chalked with gray and the couple walking, birds and dog were stamped in Black Versafine. The "Congrats" is a stamp and the other words were computer generated.
