The CAS challenge was a sketch to-day so most of the cards will have pretty much the same look. But I love to see all the differences in colour and style of each artist. This is a one layer card (not an easy thing for me to do). The lavendar frame is hand carved from a large plastic eraser that I did a lifetime ago and inked just around the edges. The flowers were inked with Almost Amethyst then edged with Lovely Lilac and Mellow Moss, spritzed with water and stamped just slightly off the background. I used my Micron 005 to doodle the border and add some interest to the flower. A cuttlebug embossing folder along the fold hopefully finishes it off.

We both went for the reverse masked rectangle. LOVE the purple and you remind me that I have these delicate blossoms somewhere. I always loved them. Beautiful work.

Very pretty! I love your frame and doodling. Your embossing looks great, too. What a great card for a friend.
