My niece & I admired woodujim's adorable sweet treat envelopes (sweet treats for co-workers! by woodujim at Splitcoaststampers. I asked "how did you do that?" and she was kind enough to share the details. Thank you, Sally. This is my version... using up some long retired Just Delightful simply scrappin' bits.
For the inside, I used two, 6-1/2 x 3-5/8 envelopes sealed shut with the ends trimmed off. The covers are 4x4 and the clasp is 1x4. The ribbon handle (6") and clasp are adhered between the envelope and back cover. I used sticky strip to adhere the envelopes and covers together. Each pocket nicely holds a Ghiradelli square.

Good idea! Never thought to do that. I think your idea with the 3x3 envelopes would be fun to try to, kind-of a mini-purse style. This is why I like Splitcoast, such a fun place to share ideas. Into my favs you go!
