Congratulations Tenia, on being chosen as our Featured Stamper 250. I've had a nice long trip through your gallery and found lots of cards I'd love to case. But first up...love you a latte caught my eye. Great layout, yummy theme, and perfect for a card for a dear friend.
Things I kept the same were the layout and theme
Things I changed was the colors and orientation of
trim and type of sentiment.
I live for SeRenDiPitIeS. Just this afternoon, I was chatting with my friend who is getting ready to have an international move back to her family home in India. She's been gone since the late '70's, is an artist, so you might imagine she has lots of stuff. Now imagine an adult lifetime of living whittled down to what will fit in a 40' container. As we talked, I was in my studio and happened to pull the tag I had saved off my tea bag...which is the focal point of this card.
It reads: TRUE wealth is the ability to let go of your possessions! What truly matters to my friend, me or you? How very timely. And so I bring my case of Tenia's love you latte to the FS gallery today. And confess I would fail miserably if I had but a 40' container.
Thanks for looking and to Tenia, have a fun week discovering the art created to honor your talent.

Wow, that sentiment is so touching to me. Material possessions were once important to me, but I have been learning over the last few years how little meaning they hold. I love your card, and I love the way you think!

How did I miss this one! What a mouthful that sentiment is. When I saw that "C" on the teacup I thought maybe you were pointing fingers at someone you know who is hanging onto way too much. Your card is wonderful.
