Here's my card for the Tuesday Teapot challenge where we had an inspirational teapot with cupcakes - as well as the CAS challenge - to use cupcakes! (love when that happens - two challenges - one card!
I think I'm going to use this teapot die to death for these challenges!!! but it works SO well for them!!!
I covered half the pot with bitty box patterned paper and used a pink dotted fabric tape behind it.
I did one of my other favorite things - embossing the oval on the card after I put the fabric tape on.
I stamped my cupcake, colored it with Copics and layered it onto the teapot with foam tape. Then I just stamped Tea Time on the card in the corner.
My card will be going postal to our Teapot Destination this week - Elsie in Colorado - who's b'day is 10/31 - her son was killed in Afghanistan and she could use some extra cheering this year - and hopefully our cards will do the trick.

Julia, this is way cool! Love the popped up teapot with the gorgeous cupcake on it. So clean and not real simple kind of card. LOVE IT! TFS :0)

I always think that a dry-embossed frame is so great for CAS cards - certainly it is here, with that added red tape as a really neat idea I must remember.
I for one really like seeing the teapot die each week.
