The technique challenge this week is MISTING.
Maybe I cheated, just a little?
I inked one of my Hero Arts distressed background stamps with bashful blue and Ballet blue, misted it twice with water, and stamped it on white CS.
Once the ink and paper was dry, I drew and colored the vase and flower, cut out a portion of it with the tag punch, layered, layered, layered, layered... drew little lines, and wrote love on the tag.
The background, as much as i would LOVE to say that I made it, is printed paper. I've been saving it for a rainy day, and it seemed to fit this project perfectly.
I wanted this to have the feel of a stained glass window...
This card is 4.25" x 4.25".
PS: ...and, it's raining. ;)

I know all about that rainy day stuff. Your hand drawn flower and lines would make a nice stamp. Have you ever designed a stamp? If not....you should. You are just sooo talented. TFS
