This is for two challenges. The first is The Twisted Sistah's. We were to have metal, embossing and a border punch. I embossed metal paper and I had no border punches that would go with this card. They are all too feminine. So I made my own by making my road. I cut a strip of black paper and used a slit punch from SU. I colored the image with Copic markers and used a clear glitter Spica Pen on the windows. It does not show up on the picture. Also I popped my main image up using dimensionals from SU. I love their dimensionals because the paper comes right off of it. I have bought brands in the past that were so hard to use.
The second challenge is the Free For All and that was simply to use twine.
Thanks for looking.

I love this image and it looks great on this pretty red card! Your border punch you made is way cool - how crafty of you to think of that and looks perfect with the truck. Very pretty card.

Very clever the way you came up with that border punch. Maybe Martha will see your card and produce a 'road' punch in her next release.....or maybe not. Either way it makes a nice addition to your fabulous card.

Sylvia!!! Sistah, I love-love-love this image and your gorgeous card! I used this image when I was at Shirt's home one time, and wish I had seen this first. Your coloring is wonderful, and that bg is MAN purdy! (Yeah, I said it- MAN purdy!) Your road and twine wrap this up tight! Love it...hugs....
