Today's sketch challenge was a little out of the box for me but I wanted to try it & this is what I accomplished.
I bought these square card packets on clearance at Michaels for $.99 made from Studio G Ditto series. It already had the olive green lines around the edges. I stamped the pattern circles from Studio G Ditto series stamp also on clearance with SU Old Olive ink on the inside of the square. I made my circle with Bazzill Olive cs using a large circle stencil. I used the distressing tool around the circle & pierced holes around it. (not perfect) I then used the Crafts-Too Butterflies EF on the circle. I used the MS branch punch on the same olive cs & used the MS leaf punch on GP white cs. I also used the McGill triple flower punch on GP white cs, then ran them through the CB Swiss Dot EF. I added medium silver beads to the centers. I used the MS large butterfly punch on GP white cs & added silver beads. I also added a medium silver bead on the corner of the circle, then tied an olive green bow.
I'm convincing myself that I like the turnout, but at 1:25am, it's to late to start over.
Accessories: Studio G Ditto Series card packets, Crafts-Too Butterflies EF, CB Swiss Dot EF, MS large butterfly punch, MS branch punch, MS leaf punch, ribbon, circle stencil, distress tool, piercing tool, silver beads, McGill triple flower punch
