The image from ODBD's Serve the Lord was stamped, colored using copic markers and cut out using Spellbinders Lacey Circles. Nestie Squares and Fleur de lis squares were used to create the popped up frame. The background panel was stamped with the lacey image from Serve the Lord. The background was scored, the decorative corner was done using a Cuttlebug diecut. Gold half pearls were added. TFL!
