The challenge from Our Daily Bread Designs this week is to create a ribbon bookmark. These are not difficult to make and really do make great gifts.
I used my set ODBD's Serve the Lord and Spellbinder's Ribbon Tag Trio Three I made a modified version of the Ribbon Bookmark. The ribbon is secured with large brads, and hidden with the DP and background. I made two so I could show both sides at once and it is photographed on our Family Bible from 1897, and I love the texture of this precious book! The history inside is incredible.
Hope you join us this week. Please take a peek here: ODBD's Design Blog on Saturday, June 11, and use the keyword ODBDSLC64 so we can enjoy your creations too! Thanks for looking!

How considerate you are to make two of these so we can see how it is made.....it is a bookmark that one would be proud to put in any book, love the scripture and how you modified the ribbon tag over that great embossed background......only thing more elegant looking is that beautiful family bible....what a special heirloom to have. So glad I discovered this during my browsing, Pat ....
This is truly wonderful!
And it is so deserving of my 'need' to dwell here for some special saturation!
