This is for IC280 and Ace of Cakes is our Inspiration Site today. I love Duff Goldman and the Ace of Cakes show. I am always amazed at how creative the designers are. I was inspired today by the Mountain Cake. http://www.charmcitycakes.com/images.../mountains.jpg
I used no stamps to create this scene. The grassy area, water and sky was sponged in with a Color Box stylus with sponge tips. The trees, mountain outline and the borderline around the water was created using Gary Burlin's dual mini tipped applicators. Once again I couldn't resist embellishing the frame with pine sprigs and tiny matching flowers made from 3/8 inch punched circles and formed with the small round tip of an embossing stylus. I added diamond stickles to the flowers, greenery and the water for a touch of whimsey.
Paper: Soft Sky, Baja Breeze, Blue Bayou, Watercolor
Ink: Shabby Shutters, Forest Moss, Cloud Blue, Slate, Vintage Photo, Lemonade,
Accessories: Nestabilities, MS Evergreen Punch, 3/8 " Circle Punch, Stickles, Mini Tip Applicators, Color Box Stylus and Sponge Tip
