This is my DGD Taylor, age 5, in my stamp room today to make a birthday card for her cousin. Taylor is getting pretty good at picking out flowers & paper. Today I taught her how to emboss. This was the 3rd attempt & of course she did have some help. I had to hold the paper while she used the heat gun. She punched the butterflies, made sure the gold domes were stuck & placed the image & butterflies. She has a blast & always wants her pix w/ the card.
The paper is from a 1# pack of scraps from Michael's, except the white.
Taylor & I love it when you stop by to take a peek.

Taylor you are just as sweet as can be and I wish you lived closer so you could come visit me with your Grandmother and play at my house!!! You have such pretty eyes. Your card is very lovely and I know that your cousin will definitely love something you made from your heart. You have done such a beautiful job with this card, I can't wait to see what else you make and hear about what else you learn from Grandma!

THRP, you are a very talented stamper! I bet it was really fun learning how to emboss with your grandma. Your cousin is going to love this pretty card you made, just like your grandma's friends love the birthday cards she sends to them! Keep up the good work!
