Julia gave us some lovely soft colors for today's Color Challenge:
Marina Mist (blue)
Certainly Celery (light green)
Baja Breeze (lighter blue)
Neutrals of choice (she didn't say this, but I think it is always a given)
I did an experiment of sponging on SU Celery CS with blue inks. It did not turn out as I had hoped.....it all came out much darker than planned. The chosen colors are there, but in an altered state!

Wow! This is beautiful. What a difference the white highlights make. Lovely shaded background and I really like the gingham ribbon with this. Ties it all together. Well done.

I don't know what you intended but I love how this card turned out. I think it's awesome. Don't you love how sometimes what you get is so much different than what you thought you'd get. . .
