This is for today's CAS Cut Up Sentiments Challenge CAS112: Cut Up Sentiments (3/28/11) by Miss Boo at Splitcoaststampers. I enjoyed making my first one so much that I decided to make another. This card is going in the mail to my son's Japanese grandfather. I just want him to know that we're thinking of him and his family.
I stamped the bonsai image with Craft Basic Black onto the watercolor case base and embossed it with Black Emboss Powder. I watercolored it with SU inks and embellished the card with some Cherry Cobbler 1/2" Seam Binding. My sentiment is stamped on watercolor paper, punched out and adhered to the card with Dimensionals. I stamped HOPE again with Cherry Cobbler ink, cut it out and adhered it with a teeny, tiny piece of Dimensional.

Regina, I love your CAS and very thoughtful and hopeful card. I am sure your DS's grandfather and family will very much appreciate their card. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the entire country. What a tragedy. TFS
