It's a beautiful, cool, sunny day here so this is a terrific challenge! I had the idea for this pretty quickly, but it took forever and in the end, I'm not sure if I like it or not. Ever have one of those days where you try everything and nothing wants to work? On a normal day, it would probably work, but not today. Oh well.
The sunrise over water was done in layers. The first was a loose painting w/ dye reinkers and water. On top of that I have a Prismacolor pencils overlay. On top of that are some bleach splatters and bleached out area where I stamped the quote. It bleached the dye painting but not the pencils so there's still color in all the bleach areas.
The lg fancy frame was stamped and cut apart to fit behind my sunrise. One corner of a frame was stamped in the four corners. All layers were edged w/ the black marker and the finished card measures 5.5 x 4.25.

Julie, this is a wonderful, beautiful piece of artwork!! It deserves to be in a frame!! WOW!! I'm putting myself on a beach in Hawaii watching this sunset, Thank you for that little escape from all this rain!!
