Embarassing thing to admit about this card . . . I THINK this is a Ford Mustang (it's very annoying when stamp companies don't put a name on the stamp!!!# Tried to look this up on the Internet and I think I'm right. If I'm not, this card won't mean the same to the recipient, but I'll explain, so hope he gets a kick out of it one way or the other!
Borrowed the idea of the metallic bkgrd from MMTPT138-For Kim by Barbarar20 at Splitcoaststampers. First used Spellbinders die on metallic paper, then thru ef. Used alcohol inks until I got the colour to match cs #it is not as purple IRL as in pic#. Stamped car image #after SEARCHING the Internet to find out what kind of car!!!) Used prismacolour pencils & gamsol to blend. Used distress inks around edge and around edge of cs and strip of DP.
Layered everything. Added pop dots to car image. The screws are brads that were pewter-colour. Used silver alcohol ink to match. tfl

Good to see you are having fun at the tea party, I see the mudder has you a nice plate of cookies to get you started. I love your cool Mustang card. I like how you used the metallic and the screw brads to show it off. Great job, hope you will come tea potting again.

I always think that embossing folder is a winner for guy cards, and especially car ones . The screw brads are a great addition too, and whatever the car is I am sure Kim will really appreciate this.
