First off, this is not my card for Teapot Tuesday. Okay it is my card, but not the REAL one. Since I had put a frame around this lovely hat, which by the way is being released at Rubbernecker Stamps today, I am including it in the Teapot Tuesday challenge. hehe Say, check out all the new stamps at Rubbernecker, okay.
That all said, here are the deets to my card...stamped the flower hat image using Hero Arts White ink on dark gray AC cs. Coloring was done with prisma pencils no gamsol adding some clear stardust on the spots.
Cut out a oval frame using a coluzzle, Zentangled it and sponged the inside edge with Distress Ink tea dye. Popped it up over the flower hat image. Added some tiny pearls to the corners, done.
Well, this is number one card with a frame for MMTPT. Now I am off to try to get Curt ready for a photo. hehe.....later dudes!....TFL :0)

This is wonderful - glad you included it even though it isn't your "real" teapot card this week. The sweet hat and the way you colored it on the dark gray cardstock is so pretty - the colors really stand out. Your zentangle frame is OTT and this frame just really makes your image stand out. Zentangles are so much fun - Hilda got me started on them last year and sometimes when I need a filler while substitute teaching I teach it to the kids - they have a great time with it.
I did check out the Rubbernecker new stamps - some really pretty ones. May be doing some shopping sometime soon. :0)

Yah, I wondered....where's Curt the Squirt? But nonetheless, this card is so cute! What a great frame around an awesome hat from Rubbernecker! I love that you did two cards, can't wait to see the other one! I will have to check out Rubbernecker's new stamps! Thanks for the heads up!
