This is a foam box I made by cutting fun foam with Spellbinders Labels 1 dies. The walls of the box were made by using the two smallest sizes of dies centered in each other on the foam, resulting in a foam "frame". About 10 of these were cut and stacked to form the walls, and glued together on a solid cutout of the second smallest die. To make the walls smooth on the outside, I covered them with Liquitex Modeling Paste gel medium (it has marble dust in it). Then I covered the sides with a strip of coated laser paper to further smooth it. I stamped a strip of white tissue paper with a flourish from the PTI Fancy Flourishes set with Tsukineko glue pad, and dusted pink glitter over it. I did the same thing to the foam top. Covered the sides of the box with the glittered flourishes, and the top with paper roses. The final touch was a ridge of Scribbles white iridescent 3D paint along the upper edge (to hide where the paper didn't quite meet the sides). Also a cutout of the box top edge from white laser paper, glued on the top of the box inside, to give it a finished look.

This is so neat - and you did a great job of describing how you did it! I can't wait to try it for myself, maybe with some of my other shapes. Thanks again!
