This card is for Cindy's niece who needs a bit of cheering up.
Poor Jerry Jo grew thousands of Cherries and he had no money for marketing them. Well as luck would have it he was so scared the whole lot would go rotten he bought a whole bunch of jars and canned them. He totally misread his mom's recipe for canned cherries and "Jerry Jo's Maraschino Cherries" was born. The rest is history.
I have packed a lot of my patterned paper so the black striped paper is painstakingly hand drawn. Thankyou Cindy for posting a Teapot for which I had a great stamp set, Crafty Secrets "Kitchen Classics" The cherries and ribbon roses have glossy accents on them. The white eyelet layer is embossed in white and has a little spot of distress ink old paper touched to the edges.

You drew those perfectly straight black stripes??? Wow! Hey, maybe you could make dp for all the teapotters!!! LOL! I would make such a mess if I tried to draw my own. Your card is beautiful, Elizabeth. Are you moving? Is that why your dp is all packed?
Now, come on over to the cherry tree where the cherry juice is flowin' freely. Miss Bertie wants to see how far you can spit a pit!
