Congratulations Pat!! I just had to play this week because I was a momof4sons for only 5 minutes (my youngest are twins). Nothing in life, including three older sons prepared me for twins and I haven't been the same since. I wonder if that is why you were so welcoming of me at the Tea Parties...
Well Scarlet and Saphire tried to put their heads together, but simply couldn't come up with just one vision. Now Shelly, nesting instinct in overdrive, uncharacteristically exploded an insisted that they just divvy up the room a la Jan & Marsha Brady. Ha! a diagonal line was drawn and each of the colorful decorating divas dove in. Contrasting visions came to fruition just in time for the twins birth. In an ironic twist, Austin landed on the pink side and Sydney on the blue.
About the card:Stamped the monkeys in Whisper White on Bashful Blue and Pink Pirouette and embossed with Winter White, cut out. Cut and matted paper from A Debbie Mumm pad and made the bow. Scored and cut (by eye...I'm so proud of myself) the block and the rhombus for the side. Freehanded the initials A and S on the sides of the block with a Copic. PC generated the sentiment, punched and mounted it on the front of the block. Mounted all and popped the monkeys into place on dimensionals. Used another paper from the pad to punch/cut the lamps (loved where you were going with those Mother Dearest, snort!). Ran the top and bottom of the card in the CB folder through BigShot, mounted all and trimmed the lamps to A2. Do I get triple dog dare points for having two lamps, two monkeys and the word two??
Thanks so much for looking and have a peaceful day.

That is one fun and funky layout. I was looking at all the shapes, and then suddenly the lamps popped out at me. This is one that really draws the eye in and around with something more to notice each time.
In his single days DH once shared a house with the most ultra-organised guy I ever knew. He kept the house in shape shape order with rotas for everything... When he got married, his first kids were twins, and he had drawn up charts for them with when to feed, change and so on. Ha!!! You can imagine how long those lasted.

Your story definitely brought a smile to my face. Just too funny. Your card is cutely (if that's a word) designed with your onery looking monkey's. The lamps cracked me up. I really enjoyed viewing this one. TFS
