Today has been one of those days, it took all day to get the Mojo going and I spent a lot of time tearing cards apart and throwing failed attempts out. But it's getting late and I decided to go with the flow.
WT305: Butterfly Bliss
Speedy the cat's challenge: to use embossing on our card. I embossed the butterfly (MFP set Spring & Easter 2010) with black ep, I dry embossed the bg dp and I embossed the nestie around the edge.
thanks for looking

We all have days like that, but your card turned out in spite of the trouble it took to finish it! I love the gold leafed edges and the look of an open book! Gorgeous!

Well, after all your ripping and tearing and tossing, you certainly wound up with a beauty. Great card. Love the gilt edge pages on your book.

Well, this looks like pretty sweet mojo to me!! This card is simply lovely, Irene, and I just love it!! The image, sentiment and butterfly, framed, as they are, wonderful!! Irene, I LOVE your work...just wanted to let you know that just glancing through 2 different galleries today, SU and CAS, loving two of your cards, I just bought one stamp, and have one in my watch list on ebay, bidding on it in 4 days...your work is wonderful! It was reassuring to know that I'm not the only one that has days of struggling to put a card together... but I am inspired by your creativity and love your cards!!
