The classic butterfly has to be one of those staple stamps as it is always beautiful and never goes out of style. I love this one by Hero Arts. I decided to use one of my favorite simple techniques with it...coloring with colored pencil on kraft. I don't know what it is but kraft cardstock always looks beautiful colored. Perhaps it's a neutral and a midtone so you can color with both light and dark shades on it.
Supplies: kraft cardstock by Bazzill, Paper Girl line patterned paper by The GirlsÂ’ Paperie, sewing machine, colored pencils, trim by WebsterÂ’s Pages, Jet Black Archival Ink by Ranger, Antique Engravings stamp set by Hero Arts, chipboard frame and pins by Maya road, Snow Cap paint dabber by Ranger, embossing folder by Cuttlebug
