This is my card for the CC305 challenge and also for this weeks MarkÂ’s Finest Papers challenge blog.
This is a brand new set from Mark’s Finest Papers “Sew What”, I’m so loving this set.
I used 3 different shades of pink as required by the CC305 challenge and embossing for the requirements of the MFP challenge.
I inked the first image with a medium pink and black marker onto a dark pink cs.
I then embossed the piece of cs with an inked in pink Sissix Circles die.
I used a thin light pink ribbon and wound it around a 1 ½" piece of scrap paper, threaded another piece of ribbon thru it and tied a bow. I removed it from the cs and this formed my pouff overskirt.
I added some tiny white half pearls and pink gems to form a necklace and belt.
I also added some pink gem in a chevron shape in the to p left corner.
The sentiment was inked with the same black marker and stamped onto white cs.
Mounted over a pink and black matt.
To finish I added some Prima roses.
I had lots of fun designing this one.
